Welcome to Sino-America Machine Tool LLC

We are a subsidiary formed in 2006 of Carney Machinery Company of Wilmington, Delaware. Since 1946 Carney Machinery Company has supplied the metal-working industry with new machine tools. During the 40’s and 50’s we were the U.S. distributor for Herbert Archdale, Webster & Bennett and the B.S.A group from England. During the 60’s we imported new tools from Germany, Czechoslovakia and Eastern Europe. In the 80’s we were the Eastern U.S. distributors for Summit Machine Tools, a wide range of new machine tools from China, Yugoslavia, Romania and Italy.

Beginning in 2006, we have shifted our suppliers to mainland China. We are currently importing new CNC and manual Machines tools all types including both chip making and fabricating equipment. All of the Mills, Turning Centers and Machining Centers feature Fanuc controls. The Press Brakes have Cybelec, which is a European control.

All of this equipment is priced F.O.B. Truck, Wilmington, Delaware with a 1 year mechanical parts warranty. Our standard terms are 35% deposit with order, 35% due at shipment from China and the balance prior to shipment F.O.B. from our warehouse.

We have spent considerable time in searching out and developing suppliers of the best equipment built in China. We feel that our prices are very attractive and competitive. Please contact us with your new machine tool needs.

Many of these machines will be stocked at our Wilmington, Delaware facility. Most machines may be demonstrated under power. The majority excluding large Boring Mills and Lathes, can be custom ordered with most deliveries from 90 to 120 days.
